St.Paul City clerk’s office is the most active clerks office of Ramsey County Office.
The Office of the City Clerk manages the administrative and record-keeping functions for all City Council actions, provides customer services relating to complaints and public information, and oversees the election process.
The Office of the City Clerk also handles applications of appeal and administers and records vacations. The City Clerk also serves as the director of the Citizen Service Office.
Birth and Death Records are maintained by a joint effort between the City and the County.
