South Saint Paul Fleming Field:
Located at N44 51.4 - W093 02.0, Fleming Field is owned and managed by the City of South Saint Paul, Minnesota. A ten minute drive from downtown St.Paul and fifteen minutes from the Mall of America in Bloomington, it is a friendly and easily accessible airport. It has a 4,001' paved runway (16/34) with pilot controlled lighting, PAPI for runways and NDB, localizer and GPS instrument approaches. Fleming field is bounded on the north by Downtown St.Paul Holman field's (STP) class D airspace, and Minneapolis/St.Paul International (MSP) class B airspace on the west (and 2300' overhead). It is also the home for the Southern Minnesota Wing of the Commemorative Air Force and the famous Miss Mitchell B-25 bomber. The CAF is also home to one of the two remaining P51C Mustangs that has been completely restored in the colors of the Tuskegee Airmen. The Fleming Field Aviation Association is an active force in maintaining and improving airport facilities and services.

St Paul Downtown Holman Fld Airport serves St Paul and Ramsey County and is owned by Metro Arpt Commission. The airport has more than one runway. The longest is a paved runway extending 6711 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 705 feet at a distance of about one mile from St Paul.
